Bees were first kept over 4,500 years ago. They are unique in their domestication in that they are one of the only creatures kept by humans that can choose to leave if they want. We are lucky that these choose to stay and contribute to the health of our farm. Bees are the worldwide source of 80% of all pollination, and our bees are doing their part! Bees are beautiful and industrious creatures; we are looking forward to sharing their honey in the near future!
